Platform Trust & Safety Operations Manager

The Manager, Community Platform Operations at Alberta Motor Association will lead the trust and safety framework for AMA Marketplace and AMA Community. You will guide provider onboarding, platform integrity, dispute resolution and member safety, reporting to the Director, Marketplace Exchange.This is a strategic new role shaping how trust operates as the platforms grow across automotive, registries, travel and insurance.
