About the Role:

The Accelerated Leap is seeking motivated appointment setters to join our dynamic sales team. You’ll connect with potential clients via phone and email, representing various industries and keeping your work engaging and diverse. We are in the Medical Spa niche in the United States of America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to qualify potential clients
• Scheduling consultations between prospects and our clients
• Managing follow-ups throughout the sales process
• Meeting appointment setting targets

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Have a cheerful personality and be a people person
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow step by step instructions
• Have a strong sales background

Technical Requirements:

• Dual monitors
• Reliable internet (20Mbps download/10Mbps upload minimum)
• Professional headset
• Stable power supply

Personal Qualities:

• Positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to follow processes accurately

Schedule Information:

All shifts are in Pacific Time Zone (PST). We have these shifts available:

• 9 AM PST – 9 PM PST [Mon-Sat]
• 12 PM PST – 8 PM PST [Sun]

Once assigned, your shift will be a permanent weekly commitment.

Compensation:

• Base rate: $5 – $10 USD per hour [Depending on experience]
• We pay $5 USD for every booked appointment and showed appointment
• Full Time Salary: $20,800
• Part Time Salary: $10,400
• Additional commission opportunities available
• Potential for increased hours based on performance
