Customer Success Specialist AlgaeCal

Support individuals on their path to stronger bones as a Customer Success Specialist at AlgaeCal. Utilize your expertise to guide customers and foster a sense of community and hope. AlgaeCal is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to enhance their proactive customer service team. This position focuses on assisting clients by addressing inquiries, guiding them through product use, and helping them interpret bone scan results. Your administrative skills will also be crucial in managing customer accounts and interactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen and respond to customer inquiries
- Guide clients through confusion about products and services
- Process customer orders and manage returns promptly
- Assist in explaining DEXA scan results to customers
- Document all customer interactions systematically
- Solid background in customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for natural health and wellness
- High level of organization and multitasking ability
- Open to receiving and applying feedback for improvement
- Must be flexible to work on weekends as part of the schedule
