Own end-to-end payroll solution design at EY, combining SAP SuccessFactors configuration, compliance, and integration leadership across multi-country programs. Senior experience is essential.This Senior Manager role sits within EY’s HR Technology practice and leads complex Employee Central Payroll implementations. You will translate business goals into scalable solutions aligned with global and local regulations. Responsibilities include retroactive processing, off-cycle payroll, reporting, data migration, testing, and deployment.Key Responsibilities:
Own payroll solution design, compliance, and reportingLead full-cycle implementations across multiple geographiesEnsure integration with time, finance, and payroll systemsDrive automation, accuracy, and user experience improvementsCoordinate cross-functional and offshore delivery modelsRequirements:
Proficiency in payroll configuration and retroactive processingStrong understanding of global payroll complianceMinimum ten years of SAP SuccessFactors consultingAt least three full-cycle Employee Central Payroll implementationsExperience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsBring solution ownership, payroll integration expertise, compliance knowledge, and program coordination to EY’s global HR Technology practice.
