WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Use your customer service and repair management expertise.
Go beyond responding to customer requests or generating work orders.
Be a key member of the team, dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Turn every customer interaction into an opportunity to help, advise, and build lasting trust.
Answer customer calls, open and close work orders, and manage repairs.
Follow up on repairs with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Contact clients to offer various services and promotions.
Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote our services and help clients succeed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Experience as a technical advisor (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset.
A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector.
Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role.
Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
