Our client is a well-established organization seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their procurement team. This is an opportunity to work closely with a variety of business stakeholders and suppliers while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization. The role is open to candidates in Calgary and Edmonton.

Your New Role

As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll lead sourcing projects from start to finish, including engaging suppliers, running competitive bid processes, evaluating proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify the right suppliers, and help drive value through effective sourcing strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supplier management, stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and managing sourcing activities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3–5 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience
• Experience running RFPs, RFQs, or other competitive sourcing processes
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
