Senior Mobile Software Engineer (Android)

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer who is architecturally strong, quality-driven, and AI-native to join our Mobile Engineering team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own Android architecture decisions, ship polished Kotlin applications, and set the standard for how AI accelerates engineering at Xsolla. Deep expertise in modern Android is essential: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow, and the Jetpack library surface, along with a proven track record of shipping commercial applications to Google Play from concept to launch. The ability to design scalable architectures, implement robust testing strategies, profile and optimize startup time, jank, memory, and battery across a fragmented device landscape, and mentor other engineers while collaborating across cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role. We expect you to work fluently with AI coding agents as a daily multiplier - scoping work for them, reviewing what they produce with a critical eye, and building the internal tooling, context, and evaluation habits that make the whole team faster.
