HVAC Refrigeration Technician (Journeyman)

TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting a HVAC REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN (JOURNEYMAN) for an opportunity in the Edmonton area in a manufacturing environment.
Job Description
Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems
Maintaining and repairing electrical components of HVAC equipment
Removing and installing air quality systems
Troubleshooting HVAC issues, scheduling maintenance or repair activities, and ensuring HVAC systems are working properly
Inspecting plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation while adhering to environmentally friendly guidelines
Testing for leaks using various testing tools
Reading and interpreting technical plans to select suitable equipment
Meeting compliance requirement documentation
Reviewing historical repair records to create an effective inspection schedule
Communicating with clients
Training junior teammates
Job Requirements
Journeyperson Certificate
Red Seal Endorsement (optional)
Ability to interpret technical data such as temperature and pressure
Ability to operate and repair various HVAC equipment
Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills to respond to clients' complaints, questions and needs
