Senior Ai Platform Architect

Lead PointClickCare’s AI Platform architecture using agentic systems and cloud expertise in a remote role with required office travel.As Senior AI Architect, you will shape the common foundation for AI agents, MCP servers, and GenAI solutions. You will guide the AI Engineering team while partnering with product counterparts on roadmaps, architectural requirements, and decision documents. Your work supports a scalable platform used across PointClickCare.Key Responsibilities:
Design and evolve the agentic AI Platform architectureGuide architectural decisions, reviews, and technical mentorshipTranslate product roadmaps into architectural requirementsCodify reference architectures, patterns, and paved-road templatesEstablish security, responsible AI, evaluation, and observability standardsRequirements:
12+ years in software engineering and platform architecture5+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and GenAIExpertise with agent frameworks, MCP, RAG, and vector databasesExperience designing internal platforms with APIs and SDKsStrong cloud-native, distributed systems, data, and security architectureApply your AI architecture, platform engineering, and responsible AI expertise to PointClickCare’s healthcare technology foundation.
