Founding Full-Stack Software Engineer

Shape full-stack software in Waterloo or San Francisco, using cloud deployment and product development ownership from UI/UX through delivery.

As a founding software engineer, you will influence software systems across every product development stage. The work combines software architecture, customer collaboration, cloud deployments, and implementation of customer feedback. Your technical scope includes full-stack development, complex cloud systems, and CI/CD workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect software products with development collaborators
• Own software direction across all system levels
• Develop UI/UX for software products
• Build deployment pipelines for AWS and other cloud platforms
• Support on-site customer deployments and implement feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in full-stack development
• Experience deploying complex systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for complex workflows
• Willingness to work directly with customers
• Experience with C, C++, C#, TypeScript, React, or Python
