Lead integrated marketing campaigns at Alberta Blue Cross® using strategic planning, project management, and audience insights in a hybrid work environment.This 12-month temporary Marketing Advisor role supports the group benefits business through coordinated marketing initiatives. You will translate business objectives and market insights into practical strategies, recommendations, and measurable plans. The work spans campaign execution, stakeholder collaboration, performance optimization, budgets, and creative development.Key Responsibilities:
Translate objectives and audience needs into integrated marketing plansCoordinate digital, social, email, print, events, and sales enablementManage timelines, budgets, dependencies, deliverables, and approvalsAnalyze campaign results and recommend performance improvementsCoach coordinators and share marketing tools and best practicesRequirements:
Marketing, advertising, communications, or related post-secondary educationMinimum five years of progressive marketing experienceExperience leading integrated campaigns and complex projects independentlyStrong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skillsUnderstanding of automation, segmentation, customer journeys, and marketing technologyApply strategic marketing judgment, campaign leadership, and measurable optimization skills supporting Alberta Blue Cross® group benefits.
