Schedule: 5/5/4 Continuous Shift Rotation
Pay: $63.42/hour (per CBA)

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will safely maintain and repair plant and underground mining equipment while supporting operational reliability and workplace safety.

Key responsibilities include:

Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, fabricating, and installing industrial and mining equipment.
Performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
Working in shop, field, and underground environments.
Conducting laser alignment and mechanical troubleshooting.
Identifying and communicating equipment deficiencies and repair needs.
Following all safety procedures, policies, and standards.
Participating in training and continuous skill development.
Supporting a strong safety culture and team environment.
Working rotating shifts, including weekends, as required.
What You'll Bring
Valid Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic Red Seal Certification.
Strong knowledge of hand and power tools and their safe use.
Experience with cutting, welding, and fabrication.
Ability to assess mechanical equipment condition and perform repairs.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment criminal, drug, and alcohol testing.
Authorization to work in Canada.
