- Conduire des machines pour transformer et ensacher, mettre en boîte ou empaqueter, selon des procédés divers, les produits d'alimentation
- Effectuer des ajustements mineurs sur les machines
- Enregistrer des renseignements sur la production
- Nettoyer les machines et les aires de travail
- Informer le surveillant des problèmes mécaniques ou des défauts dans le produit
- Tenir le registre de production et autres données pertinentes
- Régler et ajuster les machines de transformation et d'empaquetage
- Vérifier les produits pour déceler les défauts et assurer la conformité aux normes de la compagnie
- 7 mois à moins d'un an
- Accompagne les nouveaux arrivants et/ou les réfugiés dans la reconnaissance des titres de compétences étrangers
- Présente des formations sur la diversité et le multiculturalisme pour créer un milieu de travail accueillant pour les nouveaux arrivants et/ou les réfugiés
- Offre des opportunités de mentorat, de coaching et/ou de réseautage aux travailleurs Autochtones
- Offre au personnel des formations sur les compétences culturelles et/ou des formations de sensibilisation afin de créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les travailleurs Autochtones
- Hours: 40 heures par semaine
