We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dependable  Working Site Lead Supervisor to support our Timmins operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service.

The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends.

Because this position supports multiple work locations, candidates must have a valid driver’s licence and their own reliable vehicle.

Position Details

Job Title: Working Site Lead Supervisor
Location: Timmins and surrounding area
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Varied days, evenings, and weekends based on operational requirements
Expected Compensation: $26 - 28 /hourly , based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work alongside field employees while providing hands-on leadership and operational support.


• Support the day-to-day Timmins operations, including projects, wash-truck work, maintenance activities, and other assigned field services.


• Coordinate daily work assignments, staffing coverage, and field operations.


• Communicate job expectations, operational updates, and schedule changes clearly to employees.


• Ensure employees complete their assigned duties in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.


• Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control checks.


• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, conduct, and overall performance.


• Train, coach, and provide ongoing support to field employees.


• Address employee concerns and performance issues professionally, consulting with management and Human Resources when appropriate.


• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within required timelines.


• Maintain positive client relationships and respond professionally to service concerns and requests.


• Complete daily summaries, inspection reports, incident documentation, and other required records accurately and on time.


• Ensure company vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies are used properly and accounted for.


• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply or equipment requests.


• Assist with scheduling, employee coverage, emergency callouts, and changing operational priorities.


• Identify and report hazards, incidents, unsafe practices, and other health and safety concerns.


• Participate in operational meetings, training, and continuous-improvement initiatives.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s licence and ability to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.


• Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel to and from multiple work sites.


• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.


• Must be bondable.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.


• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.


• Working knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.


• Comfortable using email, mobile applications, and basic digital reporting systems.


• Comfortable performing hands-on field work and working outdoors when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, lead-hand, or crew-lead experience.


• Previous experience in janitorial, industrial, maintenance, or field-service operations.


• Mine-site experience.


• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with equipment.


• Bilingualism in French and English.
