Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Field Site Administrator for a project in Red Water, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to our construction team.

Responsibilities

• Data entry in Maximor and Solomon ERP systems (timesheets, third-party charges)
• Reviewing timesheets for accuracy and reconciling against brass reports
• Prepare and submit client invoicing (labour, rental and third-party billing)
• Provide other administrative assistance to the site superintendent/management team as required
• Assisting HR with the processing of new hires and proper documentation for terminations
• Document control

Requirements

• High School diploma or a diploma/degree in business management or an administrative assistant certificate is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
• Strong experience using Excel-based programs
• Maximo and Solomon training is an asset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Certifications: CSTS2020 (Construction Safety Training Systems)
• Pre-access A&D Testing

Work Conditions

• Shift: 50 hours per week to start, increasing to 60 hours per week during outage periods, including Saturdays
• Required to work on site (must have own transportation)
• Contract position starting immediately until approximately October 2025, with the possibility of extension

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
