The Driver Mover plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient residential moving services. This position involves driving long distances to pick up and deliver household items, as well as loading, unloading, and packing belongings with care. Working primarily as part of a team, the Driver Mover ensures customer satisfaction through attentive service and adherence to safety protocols, often starting early to accommodate scheduled moves.
Responsibilities
- Drive to residential locations, sometimes covering long distances
- Load and unload household items safely and efficiently
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Provide excellent customer service and support during moves
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members throughout the moving process
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in moving and driving roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
