Power System Studies Team Leader

As the Technical Lead, you will guide a skilled team in performing EMT studies for diverse power systems, focusing on energy storage and renewable resources. Your role includes ensuring project quality and timeliness, developing client relationships, and participating actively in industry organizations to stay ahead of emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct project leadership on EMT analysis
• Mentor engineers in study methodologies and results
• Communicate project updates directly with clients
• Coordinate resources for timely, high-quality outputs
• Participate in business development initiatives
Requirements:
• 15+ years in electrical engineering focusing on EMT
• Expert with PSCAD and associated power system tools
• Necessary licensure as Professional Engineer (P.Eng or PE)
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Electrical Engineering preferred
• International experience in power planning is a plus
