Junior Clerk

The Role
As part of the Cigar Lake administration team, you will be responsible for daily time sheet entry, contractor data management, and air traffic administrative duties. In addition, you will provide clerical support, maintain employee information, and provide work schedules as required.

In this role, you will:
-Maintain current flight manifests.
-Provide clerical support for employee and contractor data management, daily time sheet entries, and air traffic administration.
-Provide administrative support for other departments as required.

Required:
-High school diploma or equivalent;
-one or more years of relevant work experience;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered;
-effective organization, communication, computing, and problem-solving skills; and
-work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.

Recommended:
-business administration certificate; and
-proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and SAP

-Conditions of Employment:
-pre-employment substance test.
