Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist The ideal candidate would combine strategic sourcing expertise with a solid understanding of engineered components and manufacturing processes. Experience with PCBs, metal and plastic prototyping methods, quick turnaround tooling, service agreements, vendor selection, and negotiations is critical to success in this role. Negotiator: Skilled in negotiating favorable terms to achieve the best cost, quality, and delivery outcomes, especially in high-stakes contracts. Adept at building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Participate in design reviews with global engineering teams. Prepare quotation summaries and track project spending. Support suppliers through First Article Inspection (FAI) approval. Negotiate annual cost reductions and identify value-engineering opportunities. Monitor supplier cost, quality, delivery, and technical performance. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Manufacturing, Optoelectronics, or a related engineering field.

• Mechanical /PCB engineering background - MUST HAVE
• Experience with connectors, cable assemblies, optical modules, or precision electronic components.
• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings and understand GD&T.
• Knowledge of stamping, injection moulding, electroplating, machining, tooling, or automated assembly.
• Strong cost-analysis, negotiation, supplier-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
