DPS INTERIM, groupe de travail temporaire spécialisé les secteurs du déménagement, du transport, de la logistique, du montage de mobilier et de l’archivage, recherche actuellement pour l’un de ses clients, un(e) ASSISTANT(E) COMMERCIAL(E) DEMENAGEMENT/TRANSFERT

Mission
La gestion de l’accueil physique et téléphonique des clients.
La planification des visites techniques des commerciaux chez les clients particuliers et professionnels.
La saisie des devis, des factures et le calcul des tarifs (en collaboration avec les commerciaux)
La préparation des ordres des lettres de voitures et ordre de missions pour le personnel exécutant.
La réservation de stationnement, réservation de monte –meubles, vous serez en interface avec l’exploitation.
Le suivi des dossiers clients de A à Z jusqu’à la facturation.
La gestion de la réclamation clients et fournisseurs.
Profil
Diplômé(e) d’une formation BAC +2 en Gestion commerciale, vous possédez 2 années d’expérience dans le domaine du déménagement ou du transfert des entreprises. La connaissance des outils bureautiques et du logiciel SAFARI.
Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et rigoureux (se). Vous avez une très grande capacité relationnelle et le sens du service ainsi qu’une capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
