The Home Depot Canada

Les spécialistes des ventes sont des associé(e)s qui stimulent les ventes de son département via un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Son rôle est de bien définir les besoins des clients et de les conseiller afin de conclure des ventes. Il/elle sert de référence à notre clientèle; il/elle est présent(e) pour guider les clients sur la façon d’exécuter leurs projets, tout en présentant les différentes caractéristiques et avantages de notre sélection de marchandise. Les rayons auxquels le spécialiste peut être affecté sont notamment les suivants : décoration (stores et papiers peints), revêtements de sol, cuisines et salles de bain, menuiserie (portes et fenêtres) et électroménagers.

Expériences et compétences recherchées

Posséder de l’expérience dans un environnement axé sur les ventes.
Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable.
Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et le service à la clientèle.
Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décisions.
Avoir de bonnes connaissances en informatique.
Pouvoir soulever une charge pouvant peser jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb), seul ou avec l’aide d’un(e) collègue.
Porter attention aux détails et faire preuve d’autonomie, tout en sachant travailler en équipe.
