You will shape AI-enabled solutions, interpret business challenges, and connect design, technology, management, and finance perspectives. The work includes building business cases for digital and AI investments and helping clients prioritize opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams through medium and large digital projectsShape digital and AI-enabled client solutionsFacilitate strategy and design thinking workshopsInterpret challenges with design and technology teamsMentor junior members using AI tools effectivelyRequirements:
Four or more years of relevant experienceExperience leading strategy, design, and technology teamsUnderstanding of AI in digital products and processesStrong client collaboration and relationship management recordExcellent communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skillsBring digital strategy, AI knowledge, client leadership, and design thinking to Konrad’s complex transformation projects.
