Position: Sales Ambassador, JACK & JONES

Reports to: Team Leader

Location: Premium Outlets Montreal, Mirabel, QC

Compensation: Starts at 16,80$ per hour

• Build relationships with our customers and provide service with limitless possibilities, inspired by style, confidence, and conviction.
• Guide customers through our collections and help them find looks they love.
• Share product knowledge and styling tips to elevate the experience.
• Promote and proudly serve our customers in your unique style, offering top-notch customer service.
• Stay up to date on promotions and help drive sales with positivity.
• Represent the brand proudly — in attitude, appearance, and service.

What we're looking for

• Thrive in a constantly moving environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Have excellent communication skills and social vibes - you enjoy connecting with people!
• Be flexible to work retail hours (regular, peak, even holidays).
