If you are looking for a permanent full-time position with growth opportunity in a friendly atmosphere with passionate co-workers then may be the role for you.Schedule: 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am rotating every 2 weeks$41 to $43.40 per hour based on experiencePERKSCompany pension with matching contributionsDental care, Vision care (available after 1 month)Extended health careLife insuranceDisability insuranceWellness programPaid time offOn-site parkingAdditional PerksTuition reimbursementAll tools providedCompany eventsCareer developmentCompetitive compensation packageUniformsShift premiumsAdditional compensation for completing TTCA’s maintenance development program.PPE providedBoot allowancePerfect attendance awardsService awardsRESPONSIBILTIESInstall, maintain and trouble shoot automation, robotics and PLC'sReceive daily work orders and organize work in order to complete in an expeditious manner, including determining the necessary materials and equipment.Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.Understand and interpret schematic drawings and symbols, as well as manufacturers manuals and specifications and logic diagrams for pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Repair or replace defective parts; lubricate, inspect, clean machine parts as per PM procedures.Selection of proper lifting or hoisting equipmentinspecting, aligning and maintainingHave a basic understanding of OHSA regulations on machine safety devices and guarding. Understand and practice safe working procedures. Use personal protective equipment with lockout or isolation procedures as required. Understand the environmental aspects and impacts of maintenance duties and work towards reducing them. Use fall arrest and safe work practices at elevated heights.REQUIRMENTSCertificate of Qualification – 443AMechanical aptitude and knowledge of stamping and robotic equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC’sGood hand-eye coordination with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
