Nuclear Project Procurement Lead

Enhance procurement operations as a Nuclear Project Procurement Lead. Spearhead procurement activities for critical nuclear projects, focusing on efficiency and compliance in a high-stakes environment. This role requires an experienced professional to oversee procurement activities for the nuclear power industry. You will lead a team responsible for the full procurement lifecycle, emphasizing clarity in documentation and negotiation of contracts. Utilize your leadership skills to drive performance and accountability across procurement tasks essential for project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle for nuclear projects
- Ensure clarity in purchase requisitions and materials
- Facilitate issuance of RFQs and vendor communications
- Develop targeted procurement strategies and plans
- Negotiate major contracts for best procurement terms
- Minimum 7 years in Procurement; 5 years in construction
- At least 2 years in a leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and programs
- Strong negotiation skills for complex purchases
- Experience in the Nuclear sector preferred
