Rate of Pay: $18.00/ hour

We are seeking a Driver Helper for a bulk meat and grocery delivery company in Burlington. This role requires candidates lift 50lbs through the shift and be comfortable with customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver with loading and unloading meat and other food products.
- Verify delivery orders against invoices and packing lists before departure and at customer locations.
- Support the driver during deliveries.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures, especially when handling refrigerated and frozen products.
- Communicate delivery issues, shortages, damages, or customer concerns to the driver and supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and loading areas.
- Comfortable handling raw, packaged, refrigerated, and frozen meat products in accordance with food safety standards.
- Other general labour duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with general labour and repetitively lifting 50lbs
- Must be available for overtime as needed
- Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
- CSA approved safety shoes required
- Candidates must be willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
