Lead ServiceNow HR product direction at TD in Toronto, using roadmap planning and AI innovation to improve colleague support. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.As a Product Owner I, you will guide AskHR, TD’s ServiceNow-based HR help desk application. You will connect business insight, product strategy, and platform capability while collaborating with technology teams and stakeholders. Your work will focus on backlog management, Agile delivery, workflow automation, and meaningful improvements to colleague experience.Key Responsibilities:
Lead AskHR product planning and prioritizationDevelop roadmaps supporting colleague experience and business prioritiesCreate, maintain, and continuously reprioritize user storiesExplore AI capabilities and intelligent automation opportunitiesMeasure performance and evolve the product using feedbackRequirements:
