- Serve as an enterprise-wide Compliance advisor and thought partner
- Advise on risk-based solutions across business units
- Identify compliance considerations during product development
- Translate complex regulations into actionable guidance
- Foster trusted partnerships with business leaders
- 10+ years in compliance, AML/ATF, or related fields
- Strong technical knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership decisions
- Experience in enabling strategic initiatives
- Relevant professional certification is an asset
