Position Summary

Hexafusion Canada Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing our website presence, growing our LinkedIn and email outreach efforts, and generating high-quality leads for our AI-powered IT services.You will collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to promote Hexafusion's services and support the company's expansion into AI-driven IT support, cybersecurity, and automation solutions.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and organic SEO strategies.
• Manage and update the company's website (Joomla), ensuring SEO optimization and content alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Build targeted prospect lists through LinkedIn (using Sales Navigator or similar AI tools) and engage decision-makers through personalized messaging.
• Create and schedule professional LinkedIn posts, lead nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns supporting Hexafusion's services.
• Manage email marketing campaigns via HubSpot and Mailchimp, including list management, segmentation, and reporting.
• Create and manage Hexafusion's Social media and YouTube channels, including posting educational, promotional, and service-related video content and posts to strengthen brand authority.
• Design and coordinate webinars, virtual events, and online workshops to generate inbound interest and support lead generation efforts.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing KPIs, lead generation outcomes, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Support preparation of marketing materials, landing pages, and lead generation assets in collaboration with the leadership and technical teams.
• Ensure all marketing communication is professional, polished, and aligned with Hexafusion's brand standards.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have:

• Legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid open work permit).
• Offers of employment may be contingent upon successful completion of background screening, including credit and criminal record checks, as permitted by law.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, B2B lead generation, or marketing coordination roles.
• Strong proficiency managing LinkedIn campaigns, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo).
• Basic experience managing website content through Joomla (or similar CMS).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and ability to optimize web and blog content.
• Excellent professional writing and communication skills, especially in business/technical environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation platforms (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai) and basic prompt writing for marketing use.
• Comfortable using AI-based SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Surfer SEO, SEMrush AI, NeuronWriter).
• Experience leveraging AI analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot AI Insights, Google Analytics 4 predictive metrics).
• Familiarity with no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat) and n8n for building marketing, CRM, and lead generation workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, or AI-driven technologies.
• Familiarity with Google Ads campaign management and basic paid search strategies.
• Comfort hosting or supporting webinars, virtual product demos, or client-facing online events.
• Experience managing YouTube channels, including optimization for video SEO and lead generation.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for quick creation of marketing assets.
• Experience using AI-based design tools (e.g., Canva Magic Design, Adobe Firefly) for fast, polished content creation.
• Basic familiarity with API integrations and webhook-based workflow setups.
• Interest in AI automation, intelligent agent development, and future-driven business technologies.
