POSITION DESCRIPTION:

L'AVENTURA, a welcoming rental building, has a Housekeeping Attendant position available (no experience required) for a weekend shift! ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All other related tasks
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
• Taking out the trash

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good team player
• Good sense of interpersonal communication
• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
