- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and property management partners.
- Support employee onboarding, workplace integration, and operational needs for employees and managers.
- Oversee office access processes, security procedures, and access card management.
- Develop, document, and improve administrative and operational processes to support project growth.
- Standardize office practices between Montréal and Toronto and contribute to continuous improvement and governance initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate a variety of team and office events.
- Provide general administrative support related to office operations.
- Proven experience in office coordination or office management within a professional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional internal customer service.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
