As a Technology Manager, you will define the roadmap for the customer data platform (CDP) and boost marketing activations across multiple channels. Your leadership will guide a team of Data and Application Engineers ensuring technical excellence and effective coaching. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to define the CDP roadmap
  • Collaborate on global email, push, and SMS initiatives
  • Manage engineering teams for optimal performance
  • Resolve production incidents and enhance platform stability
  • Build partnerships for seamless execution across teams
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in application/platform technology
  • 4+ years managing engineering teams
  • Familiarity with MarTech stacks like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
