We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in a company with great growth opportunities in our Business Development Center in the Waverley Auto Mall. This is an entry level position that provides you with a launch into the exciting automotive industry.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our group.

Requirements:

• 1 Year Customer service, call center or switchboard experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
• Attention to detail and highly driven to succeed
• Proficient in computer skills
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday

What you will do:

• Responsible for booking service appointments
• Responsible for making necessary changes on the status of appointments
• Book appointments for customers who contact The Crown Auto Group
• Handle the appointment booking process in service, prospecting new appointments and follow-up
• Answer any inquiries regarding sales and service
• Direct incoming calls to appropriate departments/personnel
• Any other duties assigned by the management
