Hands-On Team Lead, Infrastructure & Systems

Kruger seeks a hands-on Team Lead, Infrastructure and Systems Administrator to manage its critical IT infrastructure effectively. This pivotal role requires deep expertise in VMware and cloud technologies. As a Team Lead, you will maintain operational continuity and oversee technical project initiatives. Your leadership will ensure the Infrastructure Team meets the demands of a 24/7 production environment. You'll be actively involved in system optimization, hybrid integrations, and mentoring efforts across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Infrastructure Team and manage operations daily
• Handle key infrastructure projects like migrations and upgrades
• Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise systems
• Optimize cloud environments and implement automation
• Guide teams on complex technical projects

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in complex environments
• Proficient in VMware and hybrid cloud management
• Bilingual (French/English) with strong communicator skills
• Proven experience in mentoring and leadership
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
