Become a Business Development Partner with Sun Life and drive growth by coaching new advisors. This role centers on strategic mentoring and community engagement initiatives. As a Business Development Partner, you will recruit, train, and develop new advisors, fostering their success in building a comprehensive financial practice. Your abilities in recruitment, sales management, and training will help establish a culture of performance and compliance. Collaborate with various teams to ensure advisors meet their targets effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential advisors through networks
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Conduct training sessions on products and sales techniques
- Evaluate advisor performance and compliance adherence
- Enhance visibility of Sun Life in the community
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial services industry
- Holds a valid Life Insurance Agent’s license
- Familiar with financial planning and CRM software
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Proven leadership experience in sales preferred
