Job Description
As a Construction Cleaner, you will remove post-construction dust, debris, and packaging residue to prepare residential, commercial, and industrial spaces for inspection and occupancy. You will help ensure finished spaces are clean, safe, and ready for use.
Responsibilities
- Perform post-construction cleaning in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.
- Remove dust, debris, and packaging materials from work areas.
- Clean surfaces, floors, and windows.
- Complete floor care using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
- Follow construction site safety requirements.
- Prepare spaces for final inspection and occupancy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment.
- Experience in floor care and window cleaning.
- Awareness of hazardous materials.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
