Our operations involve manufacturing filter bags and pouches for the cement, asphalt, aluminum, and foundry industries, as well as filter media for pharmaceutical, mining, and chemical plants, among others.Your main responsibilities would include:Order Entry: Entering customer orders into QADProcessing sales order packagesAccount Management: Updating orders, changing addresses, contact information, and billing detailsSending order acknowledgmentsProviding daily shipping reports to key accountsFollowing up on customer service calls as neededProvide superior customer service by staying up to date on pending orders and customer requestsKeep key customers informed of shipping dates, production changes, and order changesCoordinate across all Micronique departmentsProblem-solving: Manage product service issues and clarify customer complaints, identify root causes, recommend solutions and follow-up actionsSupport the sales team as neededApply to learn more about the position!High School Diploma required;1-3 years of successful experience in industrial sales and customer service.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, keyboard skills and entry software.Previous experience with CRM and ERP products, preferredAnalytical and logical approach to problem solving.Excellent interpersonal skills and team player capabilities across multiple departments within the organization.Detail orientated with the ability and desire to follow through.Motivated, self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
