Manage Google Ads and paid social while creating high-quality business content for Business Instincts Group’s remote marketing team in Calgary. Analyze performance.
This hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Lead supports campaigns across brands, client accounts, and varied industries. Move confidently between strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization. Create content for LinkedIn, social media, blogs, email, websites, and campaign landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
- Evaluate results and maximize campaign return on investment
- Develop content calendars and engaging multi-channel content
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and quality
- Research trends, competitors, and emerging marketing practices
Requirements:
- Experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS
- Google Analytics and reporting tools experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
