Manage credit and operational risk across specialized loan portfoliosAnalyze complex, multi-lender, and structured financing proposalsApprove credits within delegated limits and recommend other applicationsCoach Associates and Associate Directors on risk evaluationDiscuss credit solutions with internal and external partnersRequirements:
Undergraduate or graduate business degree, or professional designationAt least five years of relevant banking experienceStrong credit judgment across differing borrower and financing structuresAnalytical, relationship management, coaching, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage competing priorities across specialized coverage teamsBring commercial credit structuring, risk judgment, and coaching expertise to TD’s Director, Credit Execution role in Toronto.
