Branch Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which
will promote the sales of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and
expectations of the consumer.
2. To receive merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of
the consumer.
3. To operate and maintain all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible
manner.
4. To pick, prepare and deliver products as directed by the manager.
5. Ensuring proper storage of inventory in all areas.
6. Perform housekeeping duties in all areas, buildings, facilities and yards.
7. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Applicant must have a valid Class 5 or higher drivers license
2. Have a positive, professional approach and attitude
3. Able to work a variety of shifts including most Saturdays.
4. Knowledge of farming operations: chemical, hardware and lumber is an asset
5. Physically able to do heavy lifting, climbing and kneeling
6. Must obtain company provided TDG, WHMIS, Propane and Forklift Certificates
as a condition of employment
7. Considered Safety Sensitive Position; therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops alcohol & substance policy as a condition of employment.
