Store Audit Specialist (Quick Service Restaurant)

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary

As a Store Audit Specialist , you will assist Regional Operations Leaders with their assigned region and work closely with the franchise partners and their teams. You will conduct store audits and visitations, assist and support with new store openings and resale transfers, and ensure standards, as outlined in the operations manual, are achieved without compromise. You will have the ability to travel to restaurants regularly, multi-task, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuable and impactful store visits, working alongside our franchise partners and their teams.
• Conduct restaurant audits while coaching and correcting deficiencies noted.
• Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently.
• Build and establish professional relationships with franchise partners during site visits.
• Assist with new store openings and transfers when required.
• Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers when required for up to 3 weeks at a time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Post-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, would be advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations are essential.
• Demonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically in overseeing a designated territory.
• Previous experience in multi-unit management is highly valued.
• Previous exposure to franchising operations is seen as a valuable asset.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
