Full-time Junior Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Junior CSR to work in our Woodstock, Ontario office.

This is a permanent full time year-round position.

As a Junior CSR you will:

· Provide first-class customer service

· Complete 99.9% order entry accuracy for 30-60+ orders per day

· Obtain extensive knowledge of each customers' individual needs

· Ensure customers' needs are being met for shipment requirements

· Respond quickly and accurately to continuous emails throughout the day

· Manage steady phone calls throughout the day

· Assist Manager in providing rate quotes to customers

· Communicate effectively with load planners and dispatch

· Booking appointments with shippers and consignees

· Work closely with the Manger of special projects

· Work with third party logistics department on brokered loads along with brokering loads to carriers

· Maintain and build carrier relations with existing carriers and new carriers

· Trace shipments in advance to eliminate service failures

· Other administrative duties as assigned

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

· Transportation industry experience (3 years minimum)

· Knowledge of 3pl (3rd party brokerage)

· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel; along with ability to learn in-house computer programs

· High attention to detail

· Superior multi-tasking skills

· Accountability and dependability

· Positive attitude

· Ability to communicate effectively

· Strong problem solving abilities

· Demonstrate a talent to thrive in fast pace environment and cope well under pressure

· Able to work independently and with a team

· Open to development and continual learning
