Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with queries
- Operate a multi-line phone system efficiently
- Coordinate payment and account processing
- Prepare documentation for vehicle sales
- Sort and distribute daily mail
- High school diploma; Office Administration diploma preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in dealership administration
- Strong knowledge of Reynolds and Microsoft Excel
- Valid G license and driver’s abstract
- Excellent customer service skills
