Become a front-line ambassador for Coach as a Luxury Sales Associate in New York. Deliver an elevated shopping experience through personalized service and expert product knowledge. At Coach, you will contribute to a blend of luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork that drives brand loyalty and revenue. This role demands strong sales skills with a focus on personalized styling, fashion advice, and customer relationship building. You will engage with clients to meet personal and store goals while managing daily operations seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Coach with brand adherence and style standards
- Build lasting relationships through personalized client engagement
- Drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS and social selling tools for customer engagement
- Maintain sales floor standards and assist teammates as needed
- Minimum 1 year in luxury retail sales
- Proficient in POS systems and mobile technology
- Strong English language skills
- Knowledge of fashion trends and customer insights
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
