Reliability Engineer for LNG Plant

Join Woodfibre LNG as a Reliability and Integrity Engineer, based in Squamish, BC. Ensure performance and reliability at a cutting-edge liquefied natural gas facility while focusing on HSSE initiatives. In this role, you will partner with the Operations team and Engineering Manager on the project site. You will oversee the implementation of recommendations from reliability studies and actively manage risk assessments and lessons learned. Your contributions are vital to ensuring the plant’s technical integrity and operational success from commissioning to startup. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project staff to implement RAM study findings
- Develop and manage a project risk register
- Analyze reliability performance data and communicate insights
- Lead root cause failure analysis for production losses
- Facilitate maintenance strategy evaluations and improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Canadian Professional Engineering registration
- Minimum 5 years in engineering, ideally at an LNG facility
- Experience with CMMS and risk-based methodologies
- Familiarity with root cause failure analysis techniques
- Willingness to comply with safety and health standards
