Pet Valu Store Manager Opportunity
PET VALU

As a Store Manager at Pet Valu, you will coach and develop your team while ensuring that customer service remains at the forefront of our operations. This position requires at least two years of experience in retail management and a love for pets. Join our vibrant team dedicated to community outreach and fostering strong relationships with pet owners. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all staff meet customer service excellence
- Lead recruitment, scheduling, and training of employees
- Maintain adherence to corporate operational standards
- Oversee inventory management and safety protocols
- Motivate the team to reach sales targets
- Minimum of two years’ experience in store management
- Energetic personality focused on customer satisfaction
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
- Proficient in using POS systems and capable of lifting 50lbs
