Become a Clinical Educator with ParaMed Home Health Care, ensuring exceptional training for our district staff. This full-time role emphasizes education in client-centered practices within home health care. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the district’s educational plan, ensuring that all field staff receive exceptional training. You will provide vital orientation and ongoing education to enhance the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services. This position demands strong leadership and a commitment to fostering learning among nursing professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clinical orientations for newly hired Nurses
- Design and implement tailored educational sessions
- Collaborate with Care Managers to address training needs
- Conduct needs assessments to shape educational offerings
- Promote adherence to ParaMed policy through training
- Active registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- 3 to 5 years in adult education settings
- 2 to 3 years nursing experience recommended
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the district for training
