You will engage with various stakeholders and play an integral role in managing delivery across cash equities trading systems. Key Responsibilities:

Define user stories based on business requirements
Oversee testing ownership and execution for solutions
Engage with development teams to validate implementations
Conduct functional and regression tests as necessary
Maintain responsibility for the full delivery lifecycle from inception to post-release

Requirements:

5+ years as a Technical Analyst or BSA in capital markets
Intermediate proficiency in Python to manage test execution
Experience using Jira and Confluence in agile environments
Strong communication and analytical skills
Familiar with trading and technology integration workflows
