Take on the challenge of Senior AI Engineer at Chubb Canada, specializing in agentic systems. Your work will ensure that AI agents operate reliably in underwriting and claims.
You will utilize your experience in Python and agent frameworks to design and optimize systems that meet real-world demands. This position demands continuous evaluation to maintain agent integrity and effectiveness. Collaboration with a diverse team will be key to driving meaningful innovations in AI for insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement agent systems including loops and integrations
• Improve reliability through diagnosing critical issues
• Establish continuous performance evaluations for agents
• Manage tradeoffs in agent usability and performance metrics
• Implement reliable systems for business production use
Requirements:
• Deep expertise in Python with agent frameworks understanding
• Background in production-level agentic systems development
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating agent performance
• Familiarity with best practices in AI system performance
• Use of agent coding tools in daily engineering activities
Lead the evolution of AI in insurance with Chubb's trusted reputation.
