As a Special Finance Manager , your role is about more than closing deals. It is about opening doors. You will help customers understand their credit, take control of their budgets, and leave not just with a vehicle, but with real confidence in their financial journey. What You Will Do:
- Be a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their credit situation and explore the best financing options for their needs
- Build meaningful relationships with lenders and financial partners to support flexible solutions
- Educate customers on programs, protections and next steps; not just for today, but for the road ahead
- Support the sales team by sharing financial knowledge that enhances the customer journey
- Handle documentation and deal processing with care, accuracy and compliance
Who You Are:
- A natural people person with a strong belief in customer-first service
- Experience in commission sales or the automotive industry is an asset, especially in helping customers navigate challenging financial paths
- Confident telephone skills, with ability to build customer trust from the first call
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to explain things clearly and patiently
- Someone who sees the value in guiding people before selling to them
